Add/Edit Tasks Overview

The Lease Administration application includes several tasks that enable you to add and edit data for your leases. These task also enable you to add information for your geographical locations (Country, Region, State, City, or Site), and your portfolio items - your buildings, structures and land.

Using any of these methods, you can select a template that you have defined to enter lease data. The procedures for entering lease data include this optional step of using a template.

Alternately, you can edit lease data from the Lease Portfolio Dashboard. See Lease Portfolio Dashboard.

This task uses a tabbed interface that guides you through the process for entering comprehensive lease and portfolio item data on separate tabs that you access in sequence. This task provides a structured way to enter data.

Add/Edit Form - Complete

This task enables you to enter comprehensive lease information using a form that presents lease data in panels. With this task, you do not have the wizard to guide you, but working from one form can be a quick way to enter comprehensive lease data.
