Document Reports

The Portfolio Management application includes reports that group the documents you have associated with your buildings, structures, or land (Documents by Buildings/Structures/Land reports), or the documents you have associated with your leases (Documents by Leases by Buildings/Structures/Land reports). You associate documents with portfolio items or leases using the Documents tab of the Add/Edit task. If you add a document when you are adding or editing a lease, that document is associated with the lease. If you add a document when you are adding or editing a building, structure, or land, that document is associated with the building, structure, or land.

You generate these reports for either buildings, structure or land, depending on whether you are working in the Building, Structure, or Land process. You select a building, structure, or land to see the details for that portfolio item. The Associated Documents panel lists the documents associated with the selected portfolio item,. This panel includes a View button so you can open and review the documents associated with the selected portfolio item. You can print the report for a single portfolio item, email it, or add it to your Favorites.

Documents by Building, Structure, or Land Reports

Use the Documents by Building/Structure/Land reports to see a comprehensive list of documents associated the selected portfolio item. The Documents by Building, Structures or Land reports provide information about the selected portfolio item, such as associated costs, total Suite Area Usable and total Suite Manual Entry for buildings, and Total Cad area and Total Manual areas for structures or land. The report presents a list of associated documents, such as purchasing agreements or development plans.

You can access the Documents by Building/Structures/Land reports from the Building, Structures or Land Process Navigators (Documents by Buildings/Structures/Land task), or from the Reports button in the Manage Buildings/Structures/Land by Location view. Documents by Leases by Buildings, Structure or Land Reports

To see a comprehensive list of documents associated with leases, generate the Documents by Lease by Building/Structure/Land reports. These reports provide details for the leases associated with the buildings, structures or land ,such as lease start and end dates, and landlord/tenant contact information. The report presents a list of associated documents, such as purchasing agreements or development plans. There is a View button to open the associated documents.

You can access the Documents by Leases by Building/Structures/Land reports from the Building, Structures or Land Process Navigators (Documents by Leases by Buildings/Structures/Land task), or from the Reports button in the Manage Buildings/Structures/Land by Location view.
