Eni Servizi, an Eni Group company, provides a wide range of services throughout the many properties of Eni, one of Europe's largest oil and gas companies. Eni embarked on an extensive Business Process Reengineering project that included integrating enterprise systems from Siebel, SAP, TIBCO, and SiteMinder with its facilities management system. The project included replacement of ENI's Tririga Facility Center with ARCHIBUS to support the company's 40,000 employees and manage about 2 million square meters (21.5 million square feet) of space as well as the 3,000 service providers who complete the company's many work requests.
The Eni implementation uses all ARCHIBUS enterprise applications and is the core system for Eni Servizi. This highly integrated implementation dramatically improved customer request response times, and improved cost control efficiency throughout the entire business cycle.
