Both FM Web Central 14 (English) and ARCHIBUS V.14.3 (English) are now available to both new and existing users. Current users who participate in the ARCHIBUS Annual Software Subscription program receive the enhancements upon request, with no additional charge. End-users with previous versions of ARCHIBUS can upgrade for a fee. The upgrade includes documentation in both hard and electronic copies.

FM Web Central 14 and ARCHIBUS V.14.3 are initially available in English only. Localized versions of FM Web Central 14 will be rolled out beginning in the 1st Quarter of 2005, however FM Web Central V.3.06 remains available in Dutch, French, German, Norwegian, and Spanish. Localized versions of ARCHIBUS V.14.3 will be available on or about December 1, 2004
