The Monitor process includes a Projects Scorecard and a Work Packages Scorecard.
In order to be included in the Scorecard a project needs to:
These scorecards are View Analysis views. If you click on a cell for a project or work package, a detail report on the project/work package is displayed.

The Projects Scorecard enables you to view current projects at risk. The Work Packages Scorecard enables you to view current work packages at risk. For both scorecards, the X axis displays the Cost Performance Index, while the Y axis displays the Schedule Performance Index. This data is defined in the table below.
Each of these reports includes a Filter console to limit the projects included in the report. You can filter by location, or the organization requesting the project, program or project information, or project status. After selecting your criteria, click Show to generate the report using the restriction.
For the Work Package Scorecard, you must select a project from the Project Name list. Click Show and the scorecard is generated for all work packages in the selected project.
