With the Capital Budgeting and Project Management applications, a project must be requested and then approved. A project request requires a project type. A project request may also be defined by a variety of additional values, such as a program ID, a summary of the project, the cost budget, and the time required for the project. Project actions can be added during the time of the project request or at a later date.
